Introduction
Writing is integrated into every facet of our lives. Whether we are texting, emailing, or signing a note in a birthday card, writing works its way into our everyday lives. A piece of writing is never complete. Throughout the year, we will discuss in depth the steps of The Writing Process: Prewriting, Drafting, Revising, Editing, and Publishing.
When writing a piece of work, you are never quite finished. You can always go back, revise and change your work. There is no such thing as a final draft. A complete understanding of the steps in The Writing Process will result in mature, refined, and elegant writing that is sure to impress any reader!
This WebQuest will center around our Learning Goal for the year:
Students will be able to utilize the writing process in order to write creatively (narratives), informatively (expository), and persuasively.
